Denise O’Neill

Owner/Principal Next Generations Leader Facilitator and Developer

Denise has close to 2 decades leadership experience with Fortune 500 Firms and has been consulting on leadership development with privately held companies for 13 years.  She has been building and facilitating Next Generation Leaders development training workshops for close to a decade and has authored several workshops. In her role as owner of The Alternative Board, she has personally coached and mentored over 500 business owners focusing on growing their skills to achieve their business vision.  Denise is a TAB certified executive coach and facilitator and owner of The Alternative Board Baltimore Washington.

Denise was a recognized leader in the consumer packaged goods industry and was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Foods Division of Nabisco as well as Director of Sales, Reckitt & Colman and Division Manager, Frito-Lay.  She is also the founder of the award winning, Survivors Offering Support program for breast cancer survivors, assisting thousands of breast cancer patients in the Mid-Atlantic area.

Martin O’Neill

 

With more than 30 years of experience in the business realm, Martin O’Neill has acquired the perspective and depth of experience needed to guide leaders in both industry and the public sector. He is the author of “Next Generation Leaders,” (a 2016 Foreword INDIES Winner),  “The Power of an Internal Franchise,” “Building Business Value,” and “Act Like an Owner.”

After facilitating more than 100 meetings and planning sessions with companies including Boeing, Constellation Energy and Northrop Grumman, O’Neill created a 12-course online leadership development program, “Next Generation Leaders.”

Mike Cook

Mike Cook has over 5 decades of leadership experience  including Executive Vice President at Hughes Network Systems and over 7 years deeply invested as a Principal Trainer and Executive Coach, with a focus  on building the next generation of business leaders.

Mike is the principal developer of the Next Generation Leaders LevelUP program, which has been pivotal in transforming managers into innovative leaders who thrive in nurturing and developing their teams. Mike is also the principal developer of the Executive Edge program.

Trehan has broad mentoring and coaching expertise from large corporate environments to midmarket and small businesses that he brings to his training facilitation.  He has over 30 years’ experience in marketing, sales, operations, finance and human resources.  Trehan is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur who ran his own business in the healthcare sector, prior to successfully selling his business.
