Participants will receive a comprehensive set of resources, including the Corsum Next Generation Leaders book and workbook, bi-weekly motivational leadership emails, and access to monthly course modules.

Each course is delivered through a user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS), accessible from any internet-connected device, making it easy to learn on the go or from the office.

The program spans 15 months, with new course content released monthly to support steady, consistent leadership development.

The LMS tracks participation and progress throughout the program, providing regular updates to management for visibility and accountability.

Sponsors receive a concise “Monthly Cliff Notes” video summarizing the key material covered each month, helping them stay informed and aligned with their team’s development.

In addition to the core curriculum, participants receive bi-weekly motivational leadership emails to reinforce key concepts, build momentum, and keep them inspired throughout the journey.
