Executive Edge is a Leadership Development program built to enhance the leadership skills of senior executives by focusing on building Emotional Intelligence skills within the executive team and providing practical approaches to help them understand and build High Performance Teams through good recruiting, coaching and talent development. The program features facilitated group discussion in which the executive team is able to share leadership challenges and evaluate approaches.

OUR PROGRAM
Executive Edge is a leadership training program designed to facilitate a positive group dynamic among an executive leadership team and to enhance their leadership skillset and to provide insight into how to apply that to build highly motivated and effective teams.
The course is targeted at existing senior executives who wish to expand their ability to improve team and business performance through the application of effective leadership techniques.
The course consists of 12 modules. Each module starts with preparatory self study assignments featuring videos (including Youtube, TED Talks etc), articles (including Harvard Business Review, Fortune Magazine, Business Insider and Forbes) and preparatory work for the group discussions. There is monthly face to face group discussion meeting of approximately 2 hours moderated by the course leader.
